Background
John W. McAuley, CIMA®, Managing Director, joined Sterling Capital Management in 2011 and has investment experience since 1999. John is responsible for the firm’s intermediary distribution and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Sterling, he spent the majority of his career at Banc of America Capital Management and at William Blair & Company, where he was focused on mutual fund and separate account sales. John received his B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation.
