Background

Chelsea Marohn, Director, joined SCM in 2024 and has industry experience since 2011. Chelsea is a Human Resources Director for Guardian Capital U.S. and SCM. She leads efforts to enhance team member engagement, develop talent strategies, and support a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Prior to joining SCM, she served as the vice president of human resources at Essentia, where she spearheaded HR strategies that boosted team satisfaction, reduced time-to-fill, and strengthened team collaboration. She also held several HR leadership roles at Nicholas Financial, where she built and managed the talent acquisition department, implemented employee engagement programs, and developed performance management systems.
