Background
Ellen Jones, Director, joined SCM in 2025 and has industry experience since 1999. Ellen is Head of RFP and Consultant Databases. Prior to SCM, she headed proposal-related efforts at various organizations, most recently at Federated Hermes as a content manager. She received her B.S. in English and B.C.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a CF APMP certificate from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
