Fiona Wilson, CFA^®

Background

Fiona joined the Guardian Capital LP (Guardian) i³ Investments^TM team in 2011. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Fiona brings over 25 years of global experience. Her responsibilities include portfolio and risk management for the suite dividend mandates. Fiona has co-managed the global, U.S. and Canadian dividend strategy and fund since 2011.

Prior to joining Guardian, Fiona was Portfolio Manager, Derivative Instruments with Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). Her previous roles included Head of Currency Options Marketing, South East Asia for Société Générale with postings in Tokyo, Singapore, and London. Fiona entered the financial services industry in 1989, when she joined CIBC as an options trader.

Fiona graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA, and obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Windsor. She is a CFA^® Charterholder.

Fiona Wilson is an employee of Guardian Capital LP, which serves as a sub-adviser for the Hedged Equity Premium Income ETF. The Sub-Adviser is registered as an investment adviser with the SEC and was founded in 1962. The Sub-Adviser is located at 199 Bay Street, Commerce Court West, Suite 2700, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5L 1E8. The Sub-Adviser is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guardian and an affiliated person of Sterling Capital.
