Background
John Gallagher, CFA®, Director, joined SCM in 2022 and has investment experience since 2007. Prior to SCM, he co-managed an Industrials portfolio for the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. In his previous work experience, he has worked as a generalist for both long-only and long-short strategies. John received his B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
