Tom O'Toole

Background

Tom O’Toole, Director, joined SCM in 2022 and has investment experience since 2009. He is a Senior Fixed Income Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining SCM, he was a senior manager at the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), South Korea’s sovereign wealth fund, where he was responsible for portfolio management and credit analysis of U.S. investment-grade corporate bonds. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director at S&P Global where he was a primary analyst covering the homebuilding and building products sectors. Tom graduated from UNC Wilmington with a BSc in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance, and has an MBA from Notre Dame.
